Laureates of the 3rd Annual Prize "Consumer Rights and Service Quality" received their awards in the Congress Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation on July 3, 2012. Atlant-M International Automobile Holding won the prize in the nomination for the Best Automobile Service Company. The ceremony was opened by G.G. Onischenko, head of the Federal Service for Protection of Consumer Rights and Human Welfare, and Matvey Ganapolsky, Russian journalist and anchor of "Ekho Moskvy" Radio since the days of its foundation, served as Master of Ceremonies.
The Holding submitted several projects that had to do with client feedback in different nominations. One of the key projects that has been developing successfully over many years is the Electronic Feedback Form (EFF). The EFF is a system that allows to input feedback through a net of terminals in each of the Holding's automobile centers, on all websites of the Holding, as well as via the EFF monitor displays in the office of the general manager of each of the automobile centers, and each corporate center manager. This approach guarantees that each message that comes to Atlant-M from our customers will be considered, and that a concrete solution will be channeled through all management levels of the Holding.
"Our client orientation is one of the key vectors in development of our company. We always aspire to see what our clients think and feel, and try to view our work from their perspective. The feedback provided by our clients is the most important tool we have to improve the quality of our service. We are very proud of being assessed so highly not only by our customers but by the Organizing Committee of the Prize as well," says Evgenia Smirnova, Atlant-M's Director for Brands and Communication.
Other laureates in various market segments included Eldorado, GC Independence, GC Svyaznoy, OJSC VimpelCom (Beeline TM), ZAO KB Citibank, JSC GazpromNeft Gas Stations Chain, and others.
